How do customers pay?
Your storefront takes cash on delivery out of the box: customers pay when the parcel arrives. Online payment gateways can be enabled by the platform.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Customise any template's photos, text and colour, or upload your own HTML/ZIP site. Files are hosted for you and never need an outside service.
Is my data safe?
Every shop gets its own isolated database and upload folder. Your site files run in a sandbox, passwords are hashed, and the admin can back everything up with one click.
What happens if I outgrow the free plan?
You'll see your usage against each limit in the dashboard. Upgrade any time — nothing is lost, and downgrading never deletes your data.
